How do I choose the colours of my pack?
Collars, bandanas and ruffs are sold in packs of 2 or 3. Write the colours you want in the order note, just before paying. If you don't, you'll receive the model's Miaoutfit signature colour, shown on its product page (for example black and gold for the Moon & Stars collar, candy pink for the rhinestone collar).
Are the collars safe for my cat?
Each product page states whether the collar has a safety buckle, which opens if your cat gets caught. Accessories without a safety buckle (spikes, pearls, ruffs) should only be worn under your supervision, for a photo or a cuddle. Always leave room for two fingers between the collar and the neck.
Which size should I choose?
The neck size is shown on each product page. Measure your cat's neck with a soft tape measure, and give the size in the order note when the product page asks for it.
How do I get the name engraved?
Write the name in the order note. Because it is made for you, the engraved collar cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, but it is still covered if it is faulty.
Do you have a discount code?
Yes: BIENVENUE10 gives you 10% off your first order of €30 or more. Enter it at checkout. And with 3 or more items in your basket, the Pack 3+ offer automatically takes 10% off your whole basket. The two offers cannot be combined: you get one or the other.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated lead time: 4 to 12 working days in France, 5 to 15 working days elsewhere in the European Union, depending on the product. This is the lead time given by the supplier, shown on each product page and at checkout. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery is free from €30.
Do you ship outside France?
Yes, throughout the European Union, at the same price: €3.90, free from €30. We don't yet ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or outside Europe.
Are there customs fees?
No, nothing to pay on delivery in France and the European Union: duties are paid by us and already included in our prices.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty. We refund you within 14 days.
Is my product damaged or faulty?
Send a photo to vassilithom@gmail.com. The legal guarantee of conformity lasts 2 years: we repair, replace or refund.
Are the toys safe?
They are pet toys, not for children. Play with your cat, put the toys away after play and throw away any damaged toy.
Is payment secure?
It is handled by Shopify Payments. We never see your bank details.
