To protect your data, your order tracking is only accessible to you, in two ways:
1. From your account, no password needed
Sign in with the email address used for your order: you receive a one-time code, then you can see all your orders, their tracking and your subscriptions.
2. From the confirmation email
Every confirmation and shipping email contains the “View your order” button. It opens your order page with its status, the carrier, the tracking number and the link to the carrier’s website as soon as the parcel ships.
What you will see
- Order confirmed: the payment is validated.
- Being prepared: our supplier is preparing your parcel.
- Shipped: the tracking number and carrier appear, with a link to the official tracking.
- Delivered: when the carrier reports it.
The tracking number can take 24 to 48 hours after shipping before showing information on the carrier’s website. Estimated delivery: 4 to 12 working days in France, 5 to 15 working days elsewhere in the European Union, depending on the product (details on each product page).
