Refund policy

14 days to change your mind. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason.

How to do it. Write to us at vassilithom@gmail.com with your order number, or send us the withdrawal form included in our Terms of Sale. You then have 14 days to send the product back, complete and in its original condition. The return address will be given to you by email.

Return costs. They are at your expense, unless the product is faulty, damaged or does not match your order.

Refund. We refund the price of the products and the standard delivery costs no later than 14 days after your request, using the payment method used for the order. We may wait until we have received the product, or proof that it has been sent back, before refunding.

Faulty or non-conforming product. Send us a photo at vassilithom@gmail.com. The legal guarantee of conformity applies for 2 years from delivery: we repair, replace or refund the product, and return costs are at our expense.

Exception. The name-engraved collar is made to your specifications. It is excluded from the right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), but remains covered by the legal guarantee of conformity.

This is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
