Shipping policy

Delivery area. We deliver to mainland France and the 26 other countries of the European Union.

Price. Tracked delivery costs €3.90. It is free from €30, wherever we deliver.

Lead time. Our products are shipped by our partner suppliers, from their warehouse. Estimated lead time: 4 to 12 working days in France, 5 to 15 working days in the rest of the European Union, depending on the product. The lead time shown on each product page and at checkout is the one given by the supplier. If no lead time is stated, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order, as required by law.

Tracking. You receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Several parcels. If your order contains products from different suppliers, it may arrive in several parcels, at no extra cost to you.

Duties and taxes. Any customs duties and import fees are paid by us at shipping and already included in our prices: you have nothing to pay on delivery.

Delivery problem. Parcel late, lost or damaged: write to us at vassilithom@gmail.com with your order number.

This is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
