Cancellation policy

Version of 23 October 2026.

1. Our subscriptions

Miaoutfit offers two subscriptions with no minimum term:

• The Refill: 20 silvervine sticks, delivered every 2 months, €9.90 incl. VAT per delivery, free shipping.
• Fountain filters: 8 filters, delivered every 4 months, €19.90 incl. VAT per delivery, free shipping.

The price and frequency are shown on the product page, in the cart and at checkout.

2. Payment

The first delivery is paid when you order. Each following delivery is charged automatically on its due date to the payment method saved at checkout, via Shopify Payments. Each delivery is confirmed by email.

3. Managing or cancelling

From your customer account (Subscriptions), you can at any time and free of charge pause, skip a delivery, change your payment method or cancel. You can also email vassilithom@gmail.com: we stop the subscription within 48 hours. A cancellation takes effect before the next charge if made at least 24 hours before it.

4. Price changes

If a subscription price changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the charge concerned. You may then cancel free of charge.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your first delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason, under the conditions of our Terms of sale. Withdrawal ends the subscription.

6. Delivery, guarantees and mediation

Delivery times, the legal guarantee of conformity, the guarantee against hidden defects and consumer mediation are described in our Terms of sale and Shipping policy, which apply to each delivery. The French version of this policy prevails.
