Shipping and lead times
Free tracked delivery from €30 in France and the EU, otherwise €3.90. Estimated lead time: 4 to 12 working days in France, 5 to 15 working days in the rest of the EU (lead time given by our suppliers). Tracking number sent by email when your order ships. Nothing to pay on delivery: customs duties are included.
Returns and guarantees
14 days after receipt to change your mind: write to us and we'll explain how to send it back (return shipping at your expense, unless the product is faulty). 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
Size and colour
Choose the colour and size above the “Add to cart” button when they are offered. For a collar, measure your cat's neck with a soft tape measure and add two fingers' room: the model's sizes are in the description. For packs, write the colours you want in the order note, in the cart.
